Just a heads-up, we’re an online-only market, so we don’t have a physical store. Everything, from browsing to checkout, is done right here on our website, making it super easy to get the best of our selections delivered straight to your door!

Shipping

Bokksu Market orders ship nationwide within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Please note: Shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is temporarily paused due to ongoing shipping difficulties. We appreciate your understanding and will share any updates as soon as service becomes available again.

Market orders ship from our NJ warehouse and should be delivered within 2 to 4 Business Days.

Please note: Our warehouse is closed on major holidays and orders placed during those times may not ship out until the following business day.

We do our best to pack your boxes with love, making sure that your items arrive unharmed and in excellent condition. Your order will be packed and shipped in a corrugated cardboard box, sealed with industrial shipping tape with the Bokksu Market logo. 

Heavy items, like rice and beverages, will be packed at the bottom of the box and wrapped in bubble-wrap. The size of the box itself will depend on the size of your order. We currently use 15 different box sizes to make sure your order is packed just right!

If you run into any issues with the condition of your shipment, we ask that you please follow the link below to submit a photo of the damages. From there, our team will confirm the damages, and help with a free replacement order or store credit if eligible.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $75*.
Orders under $75 ship for a $10 flat rate.
All orders must meet a minimum order total of $30 before being eligible for checkout.

Bokksu Market Mobile App Orders:
Over $75*: Free Standard Shipping
$30-$75: $10 Flat Rate
Under $30: $15 Flat Rate
*Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For these states, we offer $40 flat rate shipping.


Market orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out same day if ordered by 1pm ET, or by the next business day.

Please note that our warehouse is closed on major holidays, and orders placed during those times may not ship out until the next business day.

Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email which is sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Managing Your Bokksu Market Order

Oh no! We're really sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. Whether it's melted, defective, or not up to our usual standards, we want to make it right for you. Please follow the link below to submit a photo of the damage, and our team will review it and assist you with a solution.

However, if you have purchased Bokksu Checkout+ along with your order, you can quickly file a claim through the email that Onward sends you after you place your order, or you can file here.

Please Note: As the weather heats up, it becomes more difficult to guarantee chocolate will arrive in good condition. If temperatures in your location are above 23°C (73°F), chocolates may arrive slightly damaged. At temperatures above 28°C (82°F), the products may melt in transit. We cannot be held responsible for any temperature-related damages caused during shipping.

Because the food and drink products we curate are perishable and sometimes have short shelf lives, all items purchased through bokksumarket.com are final and non-returnable. 

However, your satisfaction remains our top priority. If you receive items that are damaged or have quality issues, and this prompts you to consider a return, we encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected]. Kindly include a picture of the affected item(s) in your email so that we can provide you with the necessary assistance and support.

 In the event that your item is deemed undeliverable and you receive a return notice from the carrier or if the tracking information indicates "Return to Sender," please contact us at the provided email address and we'll get back to you with our next steps.

However, if you have purchased Bokksu Protection+ along with your order, you can quickly file a claim through the email that Onward sends you after you place your order, or you can file here.

Bokksu Market orders are typically final once paid, however we understand that sometimes changes are necessary. If you need to modify your order before it's shipped, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once your order is shipped, we're unable to make any changes. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us—we're here to help!

To access your Bokksu Market account, follow these simple steps:

If you need to update your shipping address, just send us the new details as soon as you can! We can help with address changes for orders that haven’t been shipped yet, so your package gets to the right place.

Bokksu Checkout + by Onward

We have partnered with Onward to provide carbon neutral shipping protection against lost, stolen and damaged packages. When you add Bokksu Checkout+ to your order, you will be fully protected in the event something goes wrong with your shipment. Simply add Checkout+ to your cart at checkout and you will have full protection should something go wrong with your shipment.

Onward is a shipping protection service that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you add Bokksu Checkout+ to your order, you will be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim. Your claim will typically be reviewed for approval within a day provided that we have received all the requested information.

Onward has partnered with Cool Effect, a 501c3 non-profit climate change organization, to neutralize carbon emissions from your shipments covered with Onward. When you add Bokksu Checkout+ to your order, you’ll be automatically taking action against climate change.

If your package is lost or stolen, claims must be filed within 90 days of the purchase date.

Not a problem! Any replacement orders that are placed by Onward are still insured by Onward.
